However, the total staff of the site is around 50 members, in which 2 are native English speaker, 5 Master degree holders and only 2 PhDs. This thing made us worry about the site capability how it provides all academic levels work.

Regarding the quality of the service, the site reputation is very poor. We found, that the company writers are not well aware of various papers writings style such as APA, MLA etc. in addition to this, references list is also poorly created with only a few sources.
PRICE:
It is a very expensive company. It demands $220 for 2500 words essay of high school level. Thus, economically this site is not a good option for the students.
COMPANY TRUST:
It is not a trustworthy company. There is no official address listed on the site. The company is also not reliable for not having a privacy policy. These are all very serious concerns.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
This company customer support staff is nice and responsive but before placing order. Once the order is placed, no mark of the staff existence is seen. They then answer the customers about 10 days late. In addition to this, the refund and revision policy of the site is very strict. No answer is provided by the staff when asks for refund or revision I case of bad quality.
PLAGIARISM:
We found complaints of many past customers relating plagiarized content in the papers of this company. Besides, many customers have complained that the company has resold them work of other clients.
