The writers' information is not given on Essay24 site. However, sample papers on the site describe their capability of writings. We found some typos, and also some worst phrasing that made us wonder if they were written by Native English speakers. They also do not follow the instructions of customers.
QUALITY OF SERVICE:
The quality of service is too messy. There we found syntactic and semantic ambiguity in sample papers of the company. One can easily judge the quality of papers by sample papers provided on the site. It does not seem to be written by experts.
PRICE:
The site charge $10 for only 275 words which is not cheap rate. Students do not have much money to afford such costly services. There is also no clear refund policy of the company.
COMPANY TRUST:
It is not a trustworthy site, because the delivery of service is always delayed by the site. One customer has complained that 5 minutes before the deadline, I was told with sorry that they did not have an essay for me. And, the money was also not refunded to me. The company just say that they would give me just store credit which means that I would have to buy service again from the company.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
Essay24 customer support staff is not helpful. They are not available in case of a dispute between the customer and writers. The staff also do not respond when asking for a full refund. One offsite review of customers said that he complained about the writer to the company for not following instruction, but it got 12 days to be answered by the customer support team.
PLAGIARISM:
The site does not guarantee work without plagiarism. This lacking makes the site suspicious. It work may trouble the customers.
CONCLUSION:
Overall, this company is not recommended by our team. The writers of the company are not expert, rates are high, the customer support system is not helpful and so on.
